Career Plan: Blockers
As our user, you can find this section here:
- Login as member, you should land at the dashboard
- Click on any of your Career Plan
- On the Steps menu on top, select "4 Career Dashboard"
- Scroll down to your Blocker panel.
As important as it is to know your resources, it's equally crucial to identify your potential blockers. The things that could slow down or derail your career plan.
These might include financial limitations, lack of time, family obligations, or even self-doubt and fear of failure. You may face visa restrictions, language barriers, or limited access to industry networks.
Sometimes, it’s not external. Your own perfectionism or procrastination can be the biggest hurdle.
By recognizing these blockers early, you give yourself a chance to plan around them, seek support, or adjust your path when needed. It’s not about expecting a perfect journey. It’s about being proactive, prepared, and flexible in the face of real-world challenges. Identifying your blockers isn't a weakness. It’s smart risk management for your life.

Add a Note on "Blocker"

Click on the [Add Notes] button, a new cue card will be added.

Type your notes into the free text box.
- Click Save to save it, or Discard to undo the changes.
Edit your Blocker
- Click on the Edit link under each of the cue card that you wanted to edit. It will enter edit mode and you can change the texts.
- Click Save to save it, or Discard to undo the changes.
