Career Plan: Competition

  • Login as member, you should land at the dashboard
  • Click on any of your Career Plan

Another important factor in your career journey is Competition. Understanding where you stand relative to others who are pursuing similar goals. To improve in any field, it helps to test yourself against real-world benchmarks:

  • How do your skills compare to industry standards?
  • Are others getting internships or clients faster? And if so, why or how?

This isn’t about insecurity or copying others. It’s about gaining clarity on your strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities. Healthy competition can push you to level up, stay sharp, and identify what makes you stand out.

That said, not everyone is naturally competitive, and that’s okay. If comparing yourself to others feels draining or unhelpful, focus instead on competing with your past self. The goal is progress, not pressure. Use competition as a mirror, not a ruler.

This is just a self-reminder section.

Add a Note on "Competition"

  • Click on the [Add Notes] button, a new cue card will be added.

  • Type your notes into the free text box.

  • Click Save to save it, or Discard to undo the changes.

Edit your Competition

  • Click on the Edit link under each of the cue card that you wanted to edit. It will enter edit mode and you can change the texts.
  • Click Save to save it, or Discard to undo the changes.
