As our user, you can find this section here:

  • Login as member, you should land at the dashboard
  • Click on any of your Career Plan

  • On the Steps menu on top, select "3 Career Planning"

  • Scroll down to your Hero list. These are the people similar to you, that you have selected in the previous step.

In this page, there are 2 panels. The left panel lists your heroes, people that you're interested in their career. On the right panel, that's your career plan that you're going to build in this step.

Your Heroes Panel

For each of the selected heroes, our AI has further recommended 2 sections:

  1. Key Achievement: This lists the key career achievements from this Hero, filtered specifically to show only those that are relevant to you. For [Premium Members], you will still get the Golden Traits here.
  2. AI Recommendation on Trainings: This lists the trainings that might be relevant to you, to improve the certain skills that you need to possess to be similar to your Hero of choice. Currently it is listing thousands of free or almost free online courses, so there's no reason for you not to be able to do it.

Your Career Plan Panel

  1. Browse through the Key Achievements and Training Recommendations based on your Heroes, if any of them interests you, you can drag the card into your career plan. Do not worry about the sequence for now. Pick those activities, experiences, or learning that you feel strongly related to first.
  2. Once you have dragged a few of them, next step is for you to arrange them, based on the priority which one that you wanted to do first. You can always switch the orders around using the small arrows on the right hand side of the cards.
  3. You can also modify the content of you career cards. Update the description and target completion data as you like.
  4. Click on the small pencil icon to update the career plan name into the job role that you want to do.
  5. Once you're happy with it, we can move on to the next Step 4 - Career Dashboard.
