As our Premium member, you can find this section here:
- Login as member, you should land at the dashboard
- Click on any of your Career Plan
- On the Steps menu on top, select "2 Career Discovery"
- Scroll down to "Cue Cards" of the people similar to you. You should see orange colored [Show More] and [Search] buttons.
Show More
By default, you will be shown 10 successful people similar to you on the page. You can click the [Show More] button to open up to 50 people similar to you.
- Check the tickbox for the personas that you would like to show on your expert recommendation by default. You can pick up to 15 personas. Again, reflect and ask yourself, do you find their profile interesting?
- On rare ocassion, some people may not get up to 50 recommendations of people similar to them. We're only showing people with at least 50% personality similarities to you. Please bear with us as we are building our database to include more profiles. However, we should have enough coverage to one thousand plus different job roles in our database, so it should be good enough to start reflecting based on the profiles that we have shown.
Search
If the [Show More] is not enough, and you would just want to specifically compare yourself to one specific successful people, you can use the [Search] function. Just key in the name of the person, for example "Michael", if we have them in our database, we're run a comparison analysis between you and them.
- While we prioritse name search, our AI will be able to do universal search or also recommend other personas that might be closely related to the results that you're getting. So don't be surprised if you get persona that doesn't have the name "Michael". It might be this persona had a work experience with someone named "Michael" before.
