NOTE: No one role is better than another for you. It is more important to align your job/career to your interest, and starts develop skills required for the job/career.

What if choosing a career wasn’t about job titles, industries, or what’s trending, but about finding people similar to you who already embody who you want to become?

That’s the radical shift behind Career Mimicry™️ AI, our innovation that uses real-world data, personality science, and deep self-reflection to match you with successful individuals who share your traits, values, and motivations. It’s not about fitting into a job description. It’s about modeling your future after real, thriving people who’ve walked a path that feels like yours.

đź“– Why This Approach Is Different

Most career tools ask: “What job do you want?”
We don't ask.
We give you options: “Pick who you want to mimic.”

Expert Recommendation

Rather than suggesting generic career paths based on skills or degrees, our AI looks at personality traits and then finds notable individuals whose lives reflect similar characteristics.

These aren't just influencers or celebrities. They're carefully curated career personas across disciplines: actual scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, analysts, community builders, cross-disciplinary pioneers and tens of thousands more personas. This creates a new mirror for users: one that reflects possibility, not limitation.

🔍 How It Works

  1. You should have taken the personality assessment: Through Astrology, MBTI® personality assessments, guided activities, and self-validation, our AI uncover the traits that define how you think, create, lead, and solve problems. If you have not started with this step, start reading the documentation from here.

  2. We Analyze: Our AI compares your unique profile to a deep library of real-world success models, identifying personas who match your way of thinking, doing, and growing. For starting, we're showing you 10 highest matching profiles across multiple industries or job roles. As Premium member, you can access more expert profiles later on.

  3. You Mimic (Before You Commit): Instead of blindly pursuing a job title, you explore how that person works, what habits they built, how they make decisions. Then ask yourself, “Would I enjoy doing it their way?”. We want you to read the full descriptions of the role model. We have filtered only key achievements that are relevant to you, but we do encourage you to find out more and read more about the biography of the person. Pick the traits that you resonate well with them. Then reflect "can I do this too?"

💡 It's Not What You Do. It’s How You Do It

What's the theme of all the careers that interest you? Look beyond the job title.

Expert Recommendation Description

Two people may both be called “product managers,” but one leads like an artist full of creativity, and the other like a strategist evaluating market demands. Titles are misleading. What matters more is your style of contribution, your core energy, and your working identity.

We go deeper than job categories because your ideal career might not even exist yet. You might be someone who merges multiple disciplines into an “anti-discipline” role: the biohacker who designs educational platforms, or the engineer-turned-philosopher-coach.

Our system helps you recognize that your career doesn’t have to fit inside a box. It can be a bridge between them.

🪞 Why Reflection and Self-Validation Are Core

We believe in co-creating your career path with you. That’s why our AI doesn’t just give you options, it gives you questions that help you reflect, challenge assumptions, and ultimately validate what feels right.

Our profiling tools are grounded in respected systems, like MBTI®, Astrology (Four Pillars of Destiny), and values-based assessments. But we always return to this truth:

You are the best authority on who you are becoming.

We encourage you to read your results with curiosity, not judgment, and to notice which parts feel empowering, surprising, or even uncomfortable. That’s where the growth begins.

đź’ˇ Also reflect on what you DON'T like

While it's important to explore what excites and inspires you, it’s just as powerful to reflect on what you don’t enjoy. Identifying what drains you, frustrates you, or simply doesn’t align with your values helps you eliminate noise and narrow down your options. This process of elimination is not negativity, it’s clarity. By understanding what doesn’t fit, you make more space to uncover what does, leading you closer to a career that feels right, not just looks right.

đź“‹ Reflection Checklist

To help you in your reflection, answer these questions with whether you will LIKE or DON'T LIKE for each of the recommended role model. If you're not sure, let's park it aside for now. We recommend that you Google more about this person, this job role, or this industry to find out more how they work, and then come back again to do your reflection. Answer all these in the context of career choices, not personal choices. For example, you may not like a role model personally based on something that they have done in their personal life, but ask yourself, will you be interested in a career similar to theirs.

⏹️ Do you like the job role similar to this role model? E.g. being artist, entrepreneur, coach, engineer, etc.
⏹️ Do you like to be similar to this role model (the person themselves)?
⏹️ Do you like the industry where this role model operates in? E.g. real estate, transportation, finance, sports, entertainment, etc.
⏹️ Read the key achievements of the role model, is that something you might like to do? Not necessarily you have the skills or resources yet. For Premium member, you can even see which traits that can best be used to perform this activity.

Keep track the job role, role model, industry or achievements that you LIKE from the recommended role model, then look at the pattern or theme of the things that you like. There should be some common themes across all these. We recommend that you pick a career possibility that covers the theme that you have selected.

The objective of this step is for you to narrow down the Experts that you wanted to follow, becoming your Heroes. We'll guide you in developing your career plan in the next step. Step 2 Key Achievements

🚀 The Future of Career Discovery

Career Mimicry AI isn’t a static roadmap. It’s a living mirror. It shows you possible futures by reflecting the brilliance in others who share your spark. It challenges the outdated idea that careers are chosen from a list. Instead, they’re crafted, iterated, and lived, one inspired decision at a time.

And that’s the truth we often forget: career decisions aren’t made once. They’re made over and over again as you grow, learn, and evolve. What fits you today might not fit tomorrow. Not because you failed, but because life changes. People get married. People migrate. New opportunities appear, and old priorities shift. That’s why it’s essential to regularly reflect, not just on your long-term goals, but on your current reality, values, and energy.

Your career journey is not about sticking to one path. It’s about adjusting with intention. The more self-aware you are, the more confidently you can navigate changes and stay aligned with what truly matters to you.

This is not career planning. This is career becoming.
