This framework draws from Dato Joey Yap’s interpretation of the BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) system, a modern application of classical Chinese metaphysics for self-awareness and life strategy.
Each Profile highlights a distinct set of personality traits, both strengths and potential challenges, that influence how you think, behave, and interact in personal and professional environments. Taken together, your Profiles form a comprehensive view of your working style, decision-making patterns, and interpersonal dynamics. In essence, your Profiles reflect not only how you see the world, but also how you show up in it, as a colleague, leader, or contributor.
This is the energy blueprint as when you're born, not your actual personality trait today. Throughout your life, you may have experienced external influences that may "awaken" certain energy in you, in positive or negative way, allowing you to acquire a certain skills that leverages on your energy blueprint.

📝 Important Note
You may have more than 1 dominant Profile (where you have some scores). It is not about which Profile is the strongest and only using that Profile. It is about knowing which dominant Profile that you can switch to in different situations. Even having a Profile with low score, you still can somewhat leverage on its energy, if you're willing to put in a little bit more effort.
Do not worry is you don't have any of the Profile. There is no perfect BaZi chart. The focus should be how you're going to maximise your existing potential, not creating something that you don't have.
